Requirements & Eligibility For Cam™
To be eligible to submit for CPM™, you must meet core criteria in four areas: Training, Practice, Supervision, and Reflection.
Minimum mentor-specific training 35 hours delivered by Mentoring Think Tanks in India (accredited training provider from IMC).
Evidence of active mentoring relationships. You’ll maintain a mentoring log that tracks duration, goals, outcomes, and ethical handling.
Participation in mentor supervision sessions with an approved supervisor. This ensures you are practising safely and effectively.
A short reflective portfolio demonstrating what you’ve done, how you handled challenges, and how you embody professional standards.
